Vegans Get their Own Fine Dining Spot on the Las Vegas Strip

I’m a big fan of Vegas’s newest casino Resorts World; we’ve been for opening weekend, Katy Perry, and a few times for no reason at all. Now they are giving us yet another reason to go back: it was announced this past week that one of L.A.’s hottest vegan restaurants, Crossroads Kitchen, will be opening up a new location inside the Resorts World Hotel and Casino in the spring of 2022.

About Crossroads Kitchen

Crossroads Kitchen has been serving vegan fare in Los Angeles since 2013. They feature a well-rounded menu that caters to all dietary restrictions, with Mediterranean meals in a refined environment. The restaurant has been praised for its inventive and delicious food, making it a popular destination for vegans and omnivores alike.

Crossroads Kitchen offers a refined and intimate dining experience, with a well-rounded menu that caters to all dietary restrictions. This new Las vegas Location will be the first vegan fine dining restaurant on the Strip. That’s kind of a big deal considering the growth of plant-based eating. According to Google searches for “vegan food near me” increased by more than 5,000% in 2021.

CB/Crossroads Burgers coming soon as well

The coolest thing about this partnership is that not one but two Crossroad brands will be appearing in the Resorts World Casino. In addition to Crossroads Kitchen, Resorts World will also be home to CB/Crossroads Burgers. This new concept is plant-based fast-casual with a menu that includes house-made sausages, burgers, fries, and milkshakes. In-person dining or take-out are both available.

Vegan ice cream

Craig’s Vegan Ice Cream, another one of Los Angeles’s favorites, has been a fixture at Resorts World since day one. Craig’s Vegan ice cream offers rich and creamy cones and sundaes to the non-dairy crowd. Craig’s is a must-go for anyone visiting Resorts World. I’ve been there every time I’ve visited, and I don’t think you would miss the dairy even if you’re not typically dairy-free. This ice cream is so delicious you won’t miss a thing. My personal favorite is a double scoop cone with salted caramel and Kursten’s PB crunch. You can also get milkshakes and sundaes, as well as alcohol-infused desserts.

If you’re looking for a fun place to check out while enjoying your vegan treats, the Resorts World Globe is located directly outside of Craig’s Vegan. This can be a great show to watch while enjoying your dessert.
