Las Vegas is easily one of, if not the, greatest concert cities in the United States. On any given night, you can take your pick from world-class entertainers performing in state-of-the-art venues. April 2022 in Las Vegas features massive residencies with artists such as Lady Gaga, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, BTS, Backstreet Boys, The Killers, and more! Whether you’re a Vegas local or just coming to town for a few days, these are the Las Vegas April 2022 concerts that you need to know about!
April starts off with a bang!
Carrie Underwood April 1-2 at Resorts World Theatre
The first two days of April will be the final two performances of the current run of “REFLECTION” by Carrie Underwood. The shows are taking place at the beautiful new Resorts World Theatre. Carrie will be returning to Las Vegas in May 2022 for another run of “REFLECTION.” The best reseller ticket selection for this show at the time of this writing is on Ticket Liquidator.
Keith Urban April 1-2 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace
Keith Urban is another big-name artist wrapping up a string of Las Vegas concerts at the beginning of April 2022. The four-time GRAMMY award winner is performing his new show “Keith Urban Live – Las Vegas” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for five nights in late March + early April, then returning for three more shows at the end of May. Tickets for each of Keith’s Las Vegas concerts are available on StubHub.
Silk Sonic April 2 at Dolby Live, Park MGM
The super-duo consisting of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak will be wrapping up the first leg of their Las Vegas 2022 residency at Park MGM’s Dolby Live on April 2nd. These guys are bringing sexy back with funky grooves and chart-toppers like “Fly As Me” and “Leave The Door Open.” If you’re not able to catch them on this current run, “An Evening with Silk Sonic” returns to Dolby Live throughout May. Alt-J with Portugal. The Man Sunday, April 3rd at The Theater
Alternative rockers Alt-J and Portugal. The Man will be performing at The Theater at Virgin on Sunday, April 3rd. These are two more popular and well-established bands in the modern alternative music scene. Featuring special guest Cherry Glazerr, this promises to be a fun show in a cool new venue. Having seen Portugal. The Man play live multiple times, I can attest to how good of a performance they put on. Currently, the lowest price for tickets on the reseller market is $80. So act quickly if you’re planning on catching this show!
April 2022 must be “Boy Band” month in Las Vegas
BTS “Permission to Dance On Stage” at Allegiant Stadium
Fans of BTS can look forward to 4 nights of “Permission to Dance On Stage” at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The shows are taking place on April 8 & 9 and April 15 & 16. This is one of the hottest tickets in town right now, and honestly, they won’t come cheap. Your best bet at this point is on a verified reseller network like StubHub or Ticket Liquidator.
Backstreet Boys at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace
If you’re more of an old-school boy-band connoisseur, you can rest assured Las Vegas still has you covered in April 2022. The Backstreet Boys will be bringing the hits to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on April 8 & 9 and April 15 & 16. These four shows will be kicking off their DNA world tour for 2022. Reseller tickets are still available, and currently, the lowest-priced night is Friday, April 15th.
Lady Gaga Jazz & Piano at Dolby Live Park MGM
Don’t miss your chance to see the GRAMMY winner, Golden Globe winner, and Academy Award winner Lady Gaga live in concert. This Jazz & Piano set will feature stripped-down versions of some of her most famous songs, plus various performances from the Great American Songbook. Gaga will be performing eight shows at Park MGM in April before closing the run on May 1st. Tickets are still available on the reseller market, with entry-level pricing around the $180 mark.
The Killers come home for three sold-out shows at Cosmopolitan
As the greatest rock band to ever come out of Las Vegas, The Killers can probably play anywhere in town they wish. However, the fact that they’re playing The Chelsea at Cosmopolitan for three consecutive nights (April 15, 16, & 17) is almost too good to be true. The hometown heroes, playing arguably the coolest venue in town, times three. That’s a recipe for success, and these shows will probably be the place to be all three nights. Tickets for each show have already sold out, so reseller markets like StubHub and Ticket Liquidator are probably your only option if you’re trying to go.
Scoprions and Skid Row at Zappos Theater
Hard rock icons, the Scorpions, will be taking the stage at Zappos Theater in Planet Hollywood Las Vegas for nine shows between March 26th and April 16th, 2022. Featuring support from special guests Skid Row, you can expect these shows to take you back to all your 80’s rockstar glory. Scorpions always put on an energetic show with lots of fire, anthems we all know and love, and more flying-v guitar variations than could ever be deemed necessary. They even bust out acoustic flying-v’s! These shows are guaranteed to be a good time, and tickets are still available.
Vegas heavy metal fans take note
The Bay Strikes Back
Fans of the Bay Area Thrash Metal scene won’t want to miss The Bay Strikes Back Tour with Testament, Exodus, and Death Angel at House of Blues Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 13th. The show starts at 6:00 pm and promises to be a night of heavy riffage and head-banging glory. General Admissions tickets are still available on StubHub.
The HU
Mongolian metal band The HU will be bringing their Black Thunder Tour to Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas on Sunday, April 18th. The band’s musical style is known as “hunnu rock,” a unique blend of Mongolian throat singing and folk instrumentation. Tickets are still available on StubHub.
Deftones
Finally, California legends The Deftones will be performing live on April 22nd at The Chelsea in Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. If you’ve never had a chance to see them live, be prepared for a highly energetic show with plenty of die-hard fans. The Deftones have been bringing it and building their fanbase for over 20 years. 2Cellos
The Croatian cellist duo 2Cellos will be performing live at The Theater at Virgin on Thursday, April 14th, 2022. Known for their instrumental arrangements of well-known songs, this promises to be a fun night of music at an exciting new venue. Click here for tickets.

The Grammy award-winning bluegrass guitar hero Billy Strings is coming to Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas on Friday, April 15th, 2022. This guy absolutely shreds on the acoustic guitar and is one of the top up-and-coming stars in the Bluegrass music scene. Tickets have already sold out for this show, but you can still find them available from resellers on StubHub.
Alec Benjamin
Alec Benjamin brings his unique blend of singing, guitar, piano, and storytelling to House Of Blues Las Vegas on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022. After struggling with endless shows playing in parking lots and then getting dropped by his label, Alec eventually scored a hit single with “Let me down slowly.” He has built up a large following on social media over the past few years, and plenty of people travel to Las Vegas for concerts, so this should be a good one, even if it is on a Tuesday!
HAIM
The Alt-rock sisters making up HAIM have grown considerably in popularity over the past couple of years. This show at The Chelsea on Thursday, April 24th, will be the first show of their 2022 “One More HAIM” tour, running until the end of July. Tickets are still available.
